An 87 point (SCA) scoring coffee sourced from Ensambles who \u003cspan\u003eare an independent company based in Mexico, and importantly, work directly with small-scale indigenous producers, promoting agroforestry systems and regenerative agriculture.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eThis coffee is a find;  one that is super sweet on espresso with a marzipan pastry body \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003ewith a medium acidity.  When paired with milk, there is maraschino liqueur feel to the cup, giving it a super uniqueness and lovely vanilla after taste. Juicy on filter, it is also a delightful clean and crisp coffee with a nutty finish. We love its delicate body, touch of cherry and stone fruit, and the rounded vanilla and caramel finish to the cup.
