Our medium-dark roast is Salford’s go-to coffee! And we’ve just gone and improved it, with a fabulous collab with importers, Sucafina. Because of its versatility, this is an entry level speciality coffee suited to lovers and novices alike, adept on espresso or filter. There is more milk chocolate to the cup, and that treacle-like nutty finish is combined with some light citrus notes, giving it a medium acidity. Just a coffee tasting coffee, without the bitterness you'd expect from a commercial coffee.
