The Salfordian Blend – Full-bodied & sweet, with a vanilla and praline finish. A hugely popular coffee with our online customers, and one that is easily dialled in at home!
The Mexican coffee direct from farm is simply stunning, and makes up the majority of this blend alongside 30% of the Brazilian Sweet Cup Santos. A typical crisp and bold coffee eliciting particularly juicy notes on filter given the way coffee is farmed in Mexico. Using this coffee, and going slightly darker (192 finishing temp on the IMF for those coffee nerds!) has given it a fuller body and brought to the fore those caramel notes with a cocoa nib and vanilla undertone. Here, we have found a nice balance with similar to the crowd favourite The Rialto, but slightly lighter - giving you a medium-dark roast to die for.
