This single origin coffee from Colombia brought to us by the wonderful brothers at COFINET is simply stunning, and we are delighted to have it back with us! The fresh crop is tasting insane, and we've grabbed some just in time for Christmas 2024 – equally adept as a long black or cappuccino, but so light and full of butterscotch and raspberry on filter, too! We’ve roasted this to our classic medium profile, which hopefully gives the coffee a well rounded, balanced cup, full of fruit but with a nutty body and aroma. A delightfully juicy and fruity coffee on filter or a bright yet nutty espresso, this one caters for all coffee needs. So good, it won us the ‘Great Taste’ award in late 2022!
