Delivery Times
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email when it's being processed and another when it's been dispatched.
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. We ship all orders with DHL Next Working Day Delivery as standard. Your delivery will be fully tracked, with a one-hour delivery window and real-time updates to keep you informed.
With DHL Delivery, you can:

✔ Opt for delivery to a neighbour or safe place
✔ Redirect your parcel to a DHL ServicePoint for collection

Our operating hours are displayed on our About Us page. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed from 9am Monday morning.
