Certified by the Soil Association, cocoa for our Organic Madagascan hot chocolate is grown in the Sambirano Upper Valley with a natural mix of Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero varieties - and our Darkest in the range. Fermentation takes place in tiered wooden boxes, where the beans are regularly turned and carefully dried in the sun.
A vegan hot chcolate and a dark luxury 82% cocoa, this is for all the true 'proper chocolate' lovers out there, with a touch of bitterness to the taste - but a lovely citrusy feel at the same time.
