We're thrilled to bring another Natural from our faves Coffee Legends and Daye Bensa from a true origin classic — Grade 1 and from Arbegona region again, this is a beautifully bright and expressive coffee from Bonora farm in the highlands of Sidama. Grown between 1900–2000 masl, this natural-processed Ethiopian is everything you'd expect from this iconic region and more.

Tasting of tropical fruit, strawberry and papaya, this light roast bursts with juicy sweetness and a delicate acidity, making it an ideal choice for filter brewing, AeroPress, or a vibrant espresso. It’s complex, fruity, and as fresh as they come — a go-to for lovers of clean, characterful coffees.

At Salford Roasters, we love Ethiopian coffees for their depth and diversity, and this one is no exception. Sourced from smallholder farms around the Bonora station, the cherries are hand-picked, sun-dried, and processed with care by the Daye Bensa team, pioneers of quality in Sidama.

This is the kind of coffee that makes you slow down, savour the cup, and think about where it came from. A perfect example of why Ethiopia is still the heart of the coffee world.
