This Daye Bensa and Coffee Legends favourite is back for the remainder of 2026! Winner of the Cup of Excellence Award, 2025 (SCA 86) is the origin that went down so well with you folks just over a year ago. A delightfully fruit forward coffee with an incongruous mix of African acidity and a sweetness to the cup reminiscent of our Bukonzo Dream offering at SR.  You simply can’t beat a coffee from this region/ country – after all, it was the start of the entire coffee story.

Where is it from? Molla region, Mirado. This is a natural coffee producing village in the highlands of Arbegona  and Bensa district - which is a part of the East Sidama zone bordering Bona Zuria in the south, and Bursa in the southwest. The coffee is sourced from an elevation above 1080 masl, from the areas surrounded by natural vegetation.

The coffee is sourced from small farmers who have small plots of lands ranging from 0.5 to 3 hectares organically maintained land frequently cultivate amid native forests - the main producer being the excellent Asefa Dukamo. 

This brand new crop is complex and is becoming a favourite down at the roastery for it’s complexity and bright palate on filter and its buttery mouth feel on espresso; roasted delicately and with attention on our IMF. We hope you like this very special microlot in much the same way you did first time around!

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. We ship all orders with DHL Next Working Day Delivery as standard. Your delivery will be fully tracked, with a one-hour delivery window and real-time updates to keep you informed.
