Using our Honduras or Mexico Mountain Water process decaf, combined with our sumptuous nutty and cocoa nib like Central America Nicaragua Co-op Aldea Global (at 25% in the roast) making a super Low Caff Central & North American Blend for you.
This was something we had been asked to try for a while and is now a mainstay with our roastery. Using one of the most balanced mountain water decaf single origin coffees around, this is the coffee for you if you don't want to totally caffeine detox! With a velvety cocoa vanilla body, a touch of citrus and smooth milk chocolate finish, this coffee is a lovely option for those of you who would like some caffeine but not a lot - or simply want to drink coffee long into the evening.
