This single origin coffee from Colombia brought to us by the wonderful Ally Coffee, this washed Palmera (Huila/ Andes department) coffee is simply stunning, and we've been listening to your feedback, and gone extra dark on this one - about time, you might say.

Given the success of the Cuban coffee (which is on a sabbatical!) and more and more of you wanting slightly darker roasts, we’ve roasted this on a profile that gives us a chocolatey and nutty espresso which is full of caramel and a touch of red fruit when paired with milk. A full coffee-like aroma, and one that will go down well with old-school coffee lovers but who don't want the bitterness.

Equally adept as a long black or cappuccino (and suited mostly to espresso based drinks or cafetiere), this is the morning drink to get you ready for your day! This has gone down very well since we did the intro price - enjoy!
