From Tanzania this is one of the most popular hot chocolates yet from the Collection – Winner of the Shop & Deli Product Award for 2023, this is a smooth and silky hot chocolate with 58% cocoa made with real chocolate; a mix of 3 bean varieties, criollo, amelonado and trinitario sourced from the Mbeya region and within the vicinity of Lake Nysasa. The beans are fermented locally in banana leaf boxes and placed on patios to dry – all using natural processes!
